Creative Beginnings is a locally owned and operated child care center located in Morganton, NC serving children ages birth to 12 years.  We are licensed by the North Carolina Division of Child Development and Early Education with a rating of 5 out of 5 stars .  Creative Beginnings has been providing care to Burke County families  since 1999. Full time care is provided year round.                                                  We are open from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

  • All children must be dropped off by 10 a.m. unless documentation is presented from an appointment. 
  • Please be sure that your child has a change of clothes at all times in case of an accident.​​​ 
  • Please ensure your child has on a jacket/coat and clothes for weather-related.  ​​​
  • Please apply sunscreen to your child before school​
  • NC Pre-K hours are 8:00 am - 2:30 pm..
  • Early Head Start hours are 7:30 am - 5:30 am. 
  • NC Pre-K and EHS will be closed on March 24th.
